I want to talk about “sh*t,” and I hope you think it’s TMI. Why is it that such a subject can be so taboo? In reality, we all experience it daily at least once; some of you may be a lot more. Haha.
Metaphorically speaking, the process of expelling feces is a way for our bodies to rid themselves of all the accumulated waste and toxins. It’s remarkable how our bodies are designed to recognize the need for such cleansing. Yet, when it comes to toxic relationships or situations, we often hold on to them, even when they are not beneficial to our well-being.
Perhaps we should learn from our bodies and recognize the need to let go of toxic situations. Although it can be more complicated than simply expelling waste, we can ask ourselves, “What would my body do in this situation?” in order to help us make healthier choices.
